I replied immediately and couldn’t wait to have my sister meet Mary-Ellen and view the condo for me. She had found something that contained all the pieces of what I liked and she made a proposal the next day, along with 5 other offers the sellers received.

Due to Mary-Ellen’s ingenuity in how she wrote the proposal, having preapproved counters, enabled me to get the house. I’m sure if this wasn’t the case I would have missed out on the house. If I were to buy/sell another house I would definitely work with Mary-Ellen again.

Mary-Ellen worked with us on a new build purchase, and was helpful from start to finish. She offers good advice while making sure the buyer still feels in control.
